The study is a kind of scientific provocation as to the continuity of the Church’s Magisterium about the essential elements of marriage, which are the natural orientation of marriage to procreation and the indissolubility that is inscribed in the nature of marriage.
The starting point will be the encyclical of Pope Paul VI Humanae Vitae and its 50 th anniversary of promulgation regarding procreativism and the final will be the teaching of Pope Francis on the indissolubility of marriage in the context of the so-called ‘irregular’ relationships.
The contemporary doubts and question marks about the magisterium of the Church in such critical issues find the answer in this article.
