Communication in the new culture and in the Church

Abstract
Modern techniques of communication media create the virtual world, in which the boundaries between reality and fiction disappear. This world is artificial intelligence. The development of information technology has led to the emergence of a new culture. It functions in the virtual world, but is rooted in the real world. The Catholic Church responds to changes in the culture of new evangelization. The Church shall indicate the criteria for ethical and moral associated with the virtual world. The pastoral task is to use information technologies to preaching the Gospel.
