The ecumenism and ecumenical dimension of the theological truths in „Włocławek studies” (1998–2017)

Abstract

In order to the creativity of the authors presenting their academic and research achievements on the ground of the ecumenism and ecumenical dimension of the theological truths, seen in ‘Włocławek Studies’, it must be noticed in the issue taken by the six authors. Two of them: Rev. Wojciech Hanc, the professor of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University and Ph. D. Roman Małecki should be paid a special attention, what is also mentioned in The Encyclopedia of Ecumenism in Poland (1964–2014). One can find out more about it bringing the issues presented in the article closer. The paper shows these five issues, after the previous substantive and proprietary introduction, only selectively. The whole is focused on: the Word of God which is a doctrinal basis of ecumenical theology and ecumenical dimension of the theology; ecumenism and its dialogue and academic nature; the reality of Christ’s Church, on which the ecumenical dialogues focus; the Eucharist which is the final stage in unifying efforts of dialogues and bringing the unusual document From the Conflict to the Communion which is the common Lutheran and Catholic commemoration of Reformation closer on the basis of the report of Lutheran and Roman Catholic Dialogue Commission for Ecumenism in 2017.
